What is Polybasic or Polyprotic Acids?

Answer

Some of the Acids like oxalic Acid, Sulphuric Acid and Phosphoric Acid have more than one ionisable Proton per molecule of the Acid, such Acids are known as Polybasic or Polyprotic Acids.
