Vitamin D - It contains compounds called D₁D₂D₃D₄. It is found in egg, cod-liver oil. It is called sunshine vitamin, the ultra violet rays from sun change egrosterol present in human spin to Vitamin D. Its deficiency causes rickets, abnormal bone deformation.
