Anomalous Behavior of Water …

Anomalous Behavior of Water – Water exhibits anomalous behavior. It contracts on heating between 0°C and 4°C. But it shows normal behavior above 4°C, i.e. it expands above 4°C. For this reason, water has maximum density at 4°C (see graph)
