Heat Capacity of a Body is equal to the amount of heat required to raise its temperature through one degree. It is also called as thermal capacity of the body, i.e.,
ΔQ = mC
where ΔQ = Heat Capacity of a body, m = mass of the body and C = specific heat of a body.
