Physical Properties of Hydrogen Peroxide –
(i) In the pure state, hydrogen peroxide is almost colourless liquid.
(ii) It decomposes violently at its normal boiling point of 151°C at 76 cm pressure.
(iii) It is miscible in water in all proportions and forms hydrates.
(iv) It melts at 272.4 K and has a boiling point of 423 K.
(v) In pure state, its dielectric constant is 93.7 which increase with the dilution.
