The Uses of Potassium Dichromate…
The main used of potassium dichromate are as follows:
(i) Potassium dichromate is used as an oxidising agent in organic reaction.
(ii) The potassium dichromate is mainly used in the production of potassium chrome alum, and in the leather tanning industry.
(iii) It is used as an etchant for glass materials and also for the purpose of cleaning glassware.
(iv) Potassium Dichromate is a powerful oxidizing agent.
