What is Reaction with Hydrogen Peroxide of Potassium Dichromate?
Answer
When hydrogen peroxide is added to acidified potassium dichromate, a blue colour is produced due to formation of CrO5. In the reaction, Hydrogen peroxide acts as an oxidizing agent.
